Holmsted Himalayas Bell Tents
The Holmsted Himalayas site is our second camping offering. With furnished bell tents and amazing views over the High Weald AONB, set amongst reed beds and ponds on the ridgeline of the Ouse Valley, the Himalayas Campsite is a relaxing, family orientated site with plenty to keep both kids and adults occupied. You'll have over 20 acres of space to explore, with wild swimming just a short walk from the site. There's no better place to sit back, have a quick dip and then sit sipping on a cold drink while watching the sun disappear behind the valley.
We also offer private camping events for up to 50 people (family birthdays, private camping holidays with friends, yoga retreats etc.). Please enquire if you'd like to host an event or rent the field privately, and we will do all we can to accommodate.
Holmsted Farm Business Units
We have a wide variety of industrial units available at here at Holmsted Farm. With everything from small storage containers, parking space for work vans, lorries and trailers, right through to high-quality rural offices.
Our spaces house a menagerie of businesses involved in everything from antiques and interiors (The Swedish Wooden Horse Company and Anemone Interiors, architectural glass (Float Glass Design), and tractors and farm machinery (Rod Gaskin Ltd). Our crown jewel is the Courtyard Complex, a collection of well-appointed offices located in our converted Victorian outbuildings; with ample parking, super-fast fibre broadband and a peaceful rural setting, they offer a brilliant alternative to the hustle and bustle of town centres and industrial estates.

Office Space
We have over 10,000sqft of high quality office space in our Courtyard development. The complex is currently divided into 6 units, located in converted Victorian farm buildings with dedicated super-fast fibre broadband and amble carparking space.
Commercial Units
We have a number of showrooms, lock-ups and workshop space in various sizes. Our current tenants include Anemone Interiors, The Swedish Wooden Horse Company, Rod Gaskin Ltd and Float Glass Design. Please enquire to see if we have anything available. We also have some temporary storage available over the winter.
Storage and Parking
As well as our office space and commercial units, we offer container storage and commercial vehicle parking at our secure site in Cuckfield, Mid Sussex. We have CCTV covering the whole farmyard, and access is controlled via a security gate with a code.
Farming Services
Holmsted Farm offer a complete package of agricultural contracting services, specialising in whole-farm contracts in the Mid Sussex area. We also carry out a wide range of other farm services, including crop spraying, farm maintenance, contract cattle rearing and hedge cutting.
